White Bamboo store is a product of Sredhya Enterprises Private Limited. When you visit our website or make a purchase from our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement. When we do, we will update this page and include the date when the changes were made.
General Conditions
You may not use our products to engage in any illegal or unauthorised activity that violates local laws.
Our product, marketing, copywriting, images, video, and packaging may not be reproduced, copied, or resold.
We reserve the right to reject any orders placed with us. This could be due to a lack of inventory, lack of logistics support, or payment issues raised by our payment gateway providers.
For all purchases made at our store, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Pricing
We carefully consider our product pricing and rarely change it. When necessary, we reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them at our discretion. When we update a product’s price, the current price will be clearly displayed on this website. Products that have been discontinued may no longer be available on the website.
Delivery and Shipping
We ship to the majority of Indian cities.
We usually ship products that are in stock within one business day of receiving your order. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you on the website.
If your PIN code is supported, then only we provide Cash on Delivery. We will be unable to serve you in the future if you reject a confirmed COD order.
If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link to your order tracking. Shipping time is not guaranteed due to external factors. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Warranty and Returns
We accept product exchanges and returns within 5 calendar days of purchase. Once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations. We try to offer a pick-up service when you request an exchange or pickup, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request that the customer ship the return on their own.
A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is completed after the 5-day period has passed, or if it has been used or returned without the original packing. If an ineligible return is received, the goods will be recycled or discarded without warning. There will be no swaps or refunds, and an extra service fee may be imposed. We will be unable to serve you in the future if you send an unapproved in-bound shipment.
Except for Cash on Delivery orders, all refunds are made to the original means of payment. COD orders are refunded to the customers bank account after details are being shared with us over mail.
If you find a manufacturing issue in a product you purchased from our store or website, please contact us at contact@whitebamboostore.com using the email address you used to place the order. We cannot sustain and accept normal and defective product requests beyond 5 calendar days.

Some material on our store may contain links to non-affiliated third-party websites such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Please carefully review and understand the third-party’s policy and procedures before proceeding with any transaction.
Indemnification
You undertake to indemnify Sredhya Enterpises Private Limited., its subsidiaries, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ expenses.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed and construed in line with Indian law.
